New flashlight circuit boards.
Circuitry based on a 16 pin octal counter chip and tc4057 charge controller chip. Rechargable 900mAh lithium polymer ion battery with a C-type usb port. I designed the circuit boards with Easyeda software.

This is a solar charged, and USB charged, light I just completed. I recycled parts of an old solar yard light (the plastic parts) and gave it new circuitry and a larger solar panel. I have two versions of this, a light with USB and solar charging (Li 18650 battery), and a version without USB charging and has a AA size Ni-MH battery. Both versions also have 3D printed parts like, the stand, and the top circuitry enclosure. The circuit board shown is my design. It charges a single 18650 battery and has a solar panel port for a 6 volt solar panel that has less than 1amp output capacity. It also will switch an LED on and off with the rising and setting of the sun. It can also be used inside the house and will go off and on when the lights go on and off. We are testing them throughout our house as night lights. They work great.

New board version 1. This is a new board that I designed and is much more stable and reliable than the board I posted a couple of weeks ago. I am also getting roughly twice the battery life from one charge with the new IC chip combination. The capabilities of the board are: 5 volt USB type-C charging for one 18650 battery, Solar charging connection, automatic control of an LED array with the limit of 1 amp, turns the array off with the position of the sun using an LDR as the switch, red and green LED status lights. The status lights are solid green=charged, solid green and flashing red=no battery, solid red with no green=charging. Good news is that this board works flawlessly. I am testing two of them right now and I have seen zero problems.

A few weeks ago I introduced a new circuit board that can be used as a yard light control circuit board. It includes many features such as common USB type-c charging (phone charger), designed for an single 18650 battery, on and of according to the position of the sun or with a switch, and as an option can be charged with solar. It is very compact and lite and can be used for many types of projects.

Here is the latest iteration of the board. It is much more sophisticated and stable. I am going to test them for a few more weeks then eventually put them up for sale.

From concept to drawing to circuit board. This is my first yard light circuitry. I used some old yard light parts and 3D printed some others to make the light. It uses an 18650 li battery with automatic onboard USB-C charging, turns on and off with the daylight and dark, an on and off switch and charge light indication led's. This is the prototype and still making refinements.

New picture of my latest circuit board. It's purpose is to turn an LED light of and on with the rising and setting of the sun. It also has an integrated battery charger that can use either a solar panel or a USB type C phone charger. In the past I have had to add two or more circuit boards to my projects to get what this one board will do.

New printer controller. Using Creality's 4.2.7 board and a (free) 250 watt computer power supply as well a creality CR-10 display. Cables are salvaged from a Creality cable extension kit with crimped cable ends. The case is in two halves, so its easier to print, and secured together in the rear by the PSU fan and in the front and sides with a little super glue mixed with baking soda. The PSU is stripped of its tin case and all unnecessary power wires de-soldered and removed. The PSU fan connection was removed from the PSU board and wired in direct to the 12v output so it stays on when the unit is switched on. The 115/220v switch was disconnected and the two wires connected directly together so the PSU board stays in 115v mode. Still needs to be post processed a little and painted. I'm using it to control one of my old dead printers and with the new steppers it works better than new.
