My UV curing lamp project is done! The design took me a few months to refine and finish. It's 3D printed, of course, and features a 12-watt UV LED with a touch on/off button. You wouldn't believe how complicated it was to incorporate everything into a single circuit board. It's ridiculously bright at 12 watts, charges via USB-C, and lasts for hours thanks to the large LiPo battery I installed. I'm very happy with how this one turned out. The painted letters need work :)

New project. This is a circuit board I designed to control a uv bulb for a specialized resin curing tool I am making. Its used to cure solder mask resin used for circuit board repairs. All inclusive board with usb charging and pushbutton membrane switch. I'm testing one now and will post pictures of the complete tool soon.

Circuitry based on a 16 pin octal counter chip and tc4057 charge controller chip. Rechargable 900mAh lithium polymer ion battery with a C-type usb port. I designed the circuit boards with Easyeda software.
