Lots going on at The Base Camp Lodge White Pass Ski Area project. The MSCC team working IMP panels closing in the walls. Concrete is topping out, with several other trades on site knocking out their scope on this exciting project.

Hauled the big bbq up and did some grilling for all the crews. It was a good day. 💪🏼

This year, the Sunnyside community celebrates a milestone: the SHS Alumni Fund has surpassed $50,000 in scholarships for 2026. This includes the new $3,000 Henry A. Stamschror Scholarship for students interested in construction or construction management.

Mountain States Construction is honored to have played a role in bringing St. Michael Plaza to life at Tri-Cities Prep.

This project is more than just concrete and craftsmanship — it’s a place for students, staff, and families to gather, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of their campus. The St. Michael statue stands as a powerful symbol, and the surrounding plaza creates a space that will be appreciated for years to come.

As spring and early summer roll in, we’re excited to see TC Prep students enjoying this incredible area — whether it’s between classes, after school, or just taking a moment to slow down.
