Cement, aggregate and water batcher scales on our batch plants are NTEP Certified. Our Horizontal and Tilt mixers have been tested by independent laboratories for mixer performance regarding strength, slump, unit weight and total mix time. Our Horizontal mixer is rated by the PMMD at a 30 second minimum mix time and the Tilt mixer at a 45 second maximum mix time. We are also members of the Concrete Plant Manufacturers Bureau (CPMB), Plant Mixer Manufacturers Bureau (PMMB) and the Air Quality Manufactures Division (AQMD). Our batch plants meet NEC codes and are UL certified. We do not just supply the concrete batch plant but a complete solution for the best concrete production system.
