Hi everyone out there that think we don't have the power to make a change, a difference, remember every dollar you spend is a vote. A vote for a company, a business, a person. The more we spend our money in places like Wal-Mart, we vote Wal-Mart. We support the things we find horrid.
However every time you spend your hard earned dollars in that little shop, the independent festivals not sponsored and sold like NASCAR, the underground and local bands, that's a vote for them, for what you believe in. It empowers these communities and businesses and people that we love and believe in, instead of empowering McDonald's and Wal-Mart and the big corporations that destroy small towns and business and people. The company's that destroy the very community were working so hard to reclaim and build. So buy a burger at the mom and pop shop, buy a CD from a band that's busting there ass to bring you something awesome or just pull over and spend a few bucks on the person selling what they made on the side of the road. Just remember there are more ways to vote than just going to a ballot box. Where you spend your money is a powerful thing, it's what you're investing in, and that's your present and future included.
