We’re transforming this property with a custom new garage and ADU. We’re starting with a clean slate and building something designed to elevate the entire property.

🔨 Brentwood is getting close. 🔨

We’re heading into the final couple of weeks, and the transformation is really starting to show.

The island is taking shape, the overhead wood beams look great, and the tile and hardwood floors are starting to bring everything together.

A few more weeks, a few final details and this one will be ready for the finished reveal.

Another WestIron transformation is underway. 🔨🏡

This time, we're in Legacy Ridge, Westminster, for a whole-home remodel.

After the Willow Lane project in Applewood, which sold for $1.5M and went under contract in under 10 days, this homeowner wanted the WIC touch again.

Custom textures going in. Wood finishes. PRO Tile work and a whole lot more.

We're only at demo and the early stages right now, but this one is going to be a huge transformation.

🚧 Demo day in Englewood!

We’re kicking off a new renovation for a new WestIron Construction customer at the Eastman Project. After a few days of site prep and demolition, we’re already opening things up and setting the stage for a completely new home.

Phase one includes removing an unnecessary kitchen island, creating a new walk-in pantry, reworking the laundry/cat/plant room, adding a new slider to the backyard, updating the sunroom and transforming two bedrooms into a new LARGE primary suite with a walk-in closet and primary bathroom.

We’ll be documenting the progress as this project comes together. Stay tuned for the next update!

From two bedrooms to one custom primary suite. 🔨

We’re a couple of weeks into this complete renovation in Arvada and there’s a lot happening behind these walls.

The project includes:
• Combining two bedrooms into one larger primary bedroom
• New walk-in closet & office space
• Kitchen remodel with new cabinets, countertops and an updated backsplash
• Opening up walls for a more connected layout
• Plumbing relocation for new vanities
• Hardwood floor refinishing and sealing
• New tile, lighting, baseboards & the WestIron Touch

Here's one client with three projects and another transformation completed. 🔨

After removing the old tub and installing a custom-tiled shower, we gave this bathroom a full makeover with a glass door, new vanity, LED mirror, updated lighting, plumbing, recessed cans, and fresh paint.
