Recently finished bathroom remodel. Gutted 1980's bathroom, brought it to the 21 century. A lot of plumbing movements and modifications. A lot of drywall cutting and refinishing to pull new electrical circuits. New transom window installed. New tile shower, floor and accent walls. New vanity with marble top, cool vanity mirror with side lights, night lights, internal lighting and mirror slides up. Push button shower control from Germany was a joy but I got it. Home owners are great friends, we enjoyed working through this project. I put a picture of Kim, Anthony and myself over the vanity mirror as a joke 😊

Mold remediation done. Popcorn ceilings scraped smooth. New insulation in. Drywall tomorrow. More pictures to come.

Couple of recent backsplashes and a sidewalk. The one guy, Archie, was so happy he wanted to pose with it. I did the porch and louvers in December, came back and took out the rotten walkway and replaced it.

Old Sundial to new Sundial. Painted a condo complex in Garden City recently. Spiral staircase and hand rails were a pain but overall building turned out nice.
