A lot going on in this foundation:
- Multiple elevation changes
- 10” walls coming up into 6” stem walls for staircases
-Separate slab seat shelf detail
-Buttresses
- Double matts of rebar

Definitely one of those jobs where layout and attention to detail matters. Turning a failing building in Salem into five townhouses.

The current building had to remain and be tied into which made everything more challenging and a lot of plan changes were made on the fly.

We always make it happen no matter the circumstance!
