Pierce Terrace isn’t just a school. It’s a living lesson in how design can shape the future. TWM helped deliver this 77,000 sq. ft. campus for 325 students, set within a 37-acre site and designed around DoDEA 21st Century Learning principles. This project went beyond classrooms and made the entire campus part of the learning experience.

TWM is proud to announce Adam Bilzing, a senior at Belleville West High School, as the recipient of the inaugural Jim Barganier Memorial Scholarship. Established in honor of our late colleague and friend, Jim Barganier, PLS, the scholarship supports students pursuing STEM-related degrees and reflects Jim’s passion for mentorship.

Director of Geospatial Services, Josh Hoffmann, was honored to present the scholarship and recognize Adam’s hard work and achievements alongside Jim’s family at the school’s awards ceremony.

📣 Caught Ya’ Thinking Like an Owner! Join us in congratulating Aaron McKeal, our April Employee-Owner of the Month! As an IT Support Specialist in our Swansea, IL office, Aaron is someone people count on – not just for tech support, but as a dependable presence who genuinely cares about the workplace. From troubleshooting issues and onboarding new team members to assisting branch offices and helping organize events through the young professionals group, Aaron shows up fully in everything he does. This recognition is a testament to Aaron’s ownership mindset and outstanding commitment to TWM.

The St. Louis Area Young Professionals group had a great time recently gathering at the Swansea, IL office to learn about stormwater and hydraulic modeling. A huge thank you to Chris Kuester and Kyle Lynch for leading such an informative session! One of the best parts of these meetups is seeing colleagues from different offices and service lines come together to share knowledge and build connections.

At TWM, we believe the strongest teams are ones that know each other, understand each other's work, and look for ways to collaborate. These moments make that possible.
