At The Muny in St. Louis, even the build had to be perfectly choreographed. Behind the scenes of this historic outdoor theatre, TWM helped bring a 120’ wide stage renovation to life—laying out everything from curved shell walls to complex steel set at opposing angles. Using LiDAR and precise control, our team turned a challenging 3D puzzle into a buildable reality and helped keep the project on schedule.

The session was presented Jeopardy-style, turning learning into a little friendly competition filled with plenty of fun and laughs. 🏆👏

There’s nothing better than stepping away from the workday, connecting with coworkers, and getting to know each other beyond the office!

The Rock Island Line once connected communities by rail. Today, it connects them by trail. TWM helped transform and preserve century-old railroad bridges into a modern, multi-use trail, giving Missouri's railroad legacy a new chapter while connecting communities across the state.

A great community starts long before the first building goes up. From homes, schools, and senior living to roadways and utilities, TWM helped design the foundation for this mixed-use development where families, seniors, students, and local businesses all connect in one place.

Clean water projects don’t always make headlines, but they make a real difference in people’s everyday lives. When Belleville needed to reduce Combined Sewer Overflows and meet EPA regulations, the obvious answer would have been costly new infrastructure. Instead, TWM helped the City turn existing sludge lagoons into high-performing CSO management basins—saving money while significantly improving water quality.

We recently gathered for our annual ESOP Celebration to recognize another year of success and progress at TWM. Our new stock share price was revealed, giving employee-owners a firsthand look at how our collective efforts are contributing to their financial futures. We were also grateful to hear from spouses about what employee ownership means to their families and the impact it has on their loved ones’ futures.

Every employee-owner at TWM plays a role in our success, and together, we’re building something we can all be proud of. Here’s to another year of shared success and continued momentum!

From the early days of TWM to today, a lot has changed: the trucks, the technology, and the communities we serve.

📣 Caught Ya’ Thinking Like an Owner! Join us in congratulating Serena Page, our July Employee-Owner of the Month! Serena is the Director of Water Infrastructure Services at TWM. She was selected as Employee-Owner of the Month for her exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and commitment to both her team and the firm. While balancing significant responsibilities across multiple office locations, she goes above and beyond to support key initiatives, mentor employees, and ensure the success of those around her. Her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to lead by example embody the values of employee ownership.

When asked what employee ownership means to her, Serena shared, "Being an employee-owner changes the way you think and work. It changes your outlook. The good times and the challenging times for our company mean so much more to me personally because I have ownership in its success."

Having worked for another ESOP company prior to joining TWM, she added, "What sets TWM apart is the level of commitment our leadership invests in our ESOP and, more importantly, the genuine care they show for each and every employee. That difference is what makes TWM's ESOP so special."

Thank you for your dedication and contributions, Serena! They are truly appreciated.

Most communities rebuild after a disaster. But after the Great Flood of 1993, Valmeyer made a bold decision to relocate entirely, moving approximately one mile upstream to higher ground. TWM helped bring that vision to life, designing a new community from the ground up—complete with streets, utilities, and infrastructure built for long-term resilience.
