Not all contractors are equal.

Some care. A lot don’t. And that “can’t see it from my house” mindset? That’s exactly how customers end up with problems like this.

Undersized ductwork. Poor airflow. Barely any return air. Loud, popping ductwork.. This system was struggling to do its job and costing the customer (and their clients) in comfort and energy along the way.

We tore it out and redesigned the ductwork the right way. Proper airflow, a balanced system, and now it’s ready for a new furnace and A/C, coming soon.

This is the kind of stuff you don’t see but it’s what makes all the difference.

If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t. Get a second opinion.

If you have a mini split, don’t skip this!

Most people never look inside their wall-mounted heads… and if they did, they’d be shocked.

Even in a clean home, mini splits collect dust, moisture, and debris inside the blower wheel and coil. That buildup can affect performance, air quality, and can become a breeding ground for bacterial growth.

Annual cleaning is recommended to keep the system running properly and keep what’s circulating through your home cleaner.

Had an awesome time changing out this A/C unit down in Brighton.

Old unit was completely empty on refrigerant which means there's a leak, and at that age it wasn’t worth the repair! Swapped it out for a new system so they’re set for the summer.
