We recently completely remodeled this house. It was a disaster when we purchased it. We ended up bringing it down to it's studs. We ended up putting a new 200 amp service, new wiring, new plumbing, new doors, new windows, new siding, new roof, spray foam insulation, and everything else you see in the photos. This house is now turn key for its new owner. We are currently look for some more houses. We pay cash.

New faucet, tub, surround, flooring, trim work, and paint for this bathroom. Looks total different.

We pressure washed, scraped, and repainted these decks. They came out as beautiful as the view.
