📌 Now Hiring: Office Administrator (CRM & Accounting Support)
We’re a small local HVAC company looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, working closely with customers, and supporting a small but hardworking field team.
💼 Position: Office Administrator / CRM Coordinator
Location: Sykesville, MD 21784
Hours: Full-time 8am - 4:30pm
Starting Compensation $22-$28/hr based on experience
🔧 What You’ll Do
Customer & Office Support
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service and installation appointments
Manage and update customer records in our CRM system
Prepare and send estimates, invoices, and follow-up communications
Coordinate daily schedules with our HVAC technicians
Provide general office support, filing, email management, and document organization
Accounting & Administrative Tasks
Enter customer payments and reconcile daily transactions
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Work with our bookkeeping/accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
✔️ What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with CRM software (HVAC industry experience is a plus!)
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
Comfortable using QuickBooks
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
