All enhanced efficiency fertilizers (EEFs) are not created equal. 🌱

Urease inhibitors slow the conversion of urease to ammonia to help prevent loss of nutrients to the atmosphere. CRFs more precisely release nutrients in a way that matches plant needs to not only prevent loss but also ensure uptake.

We were proud to participate in The Fertilizer Institute's recent Congressional Fertilizer Caucus briefing, "Enhanced Efficiency Fertilizers: Evolving Science, Emerging Technology," alongside fellow industry leaders discussing the future of nutrient management in broadacre agriculture.

During the briefing, Pursell CFO and Sustainability Lead Joe Brady shared the latest advancements in Pursell's controlled-release fertilizer technology and highlighted university and industry research demonstrating how enhanced efficiency fertilizers can improve nutrient use efficiency by better aligning nutrient availability with crop demand.

As growers continue seeking solutions that support productivity and stewardship, Pursell remains committed to developing innovative technologies that help reduce nutrient losses while delivering value throughout the agricultural supply chain.
