We built a 16’x30’ x 12-14’ tall beefy RV Port for a wonderful client in Fayetteville. We build their home a few years ago. Actually finished end of Summer in ‘2018. Wow time flies.
We will stain the wood this week or as soon as possible.

Here are more recent photos on the spec house in Sylacauga, AL. It is currently under contract as of yesterday!
Drywall is done, exterior siding is done. The wood ceiling in the open Family, Kitchen and Dining Rms is installed. Interior Trim starts today.

Worked on siding and vinyl soffit this week at the Spec House.

Roofing went on today at the spec house. We used Pinnacle Weatherwood architectural asphalt shingles.

We built the front porch, added a large deck onto the rear of the house, and added a carport on the left side of the Sylacauga spec house so far. Roofing should go on next week and electrical will start in the next week.

Building a spec house in Sylacauga City Limits on an acre lot, at the end of an asphalt paved cul-de-sac. We made a few changes and built a crawlspace foundation, instead of slab on grade, and vaulted the center of the house at the Kitchen and Great Room so far. The house is a 3 bedroom, with 2 full baths, front and rear covered decks. All of the rooms are very spacious including separate pantry and laundry room. Will post future progress photos. Pricing for the home will be determined at a later date.
