Site locations are all over Metro Detroit (Dearborn, Bloomfield Twp, Canton, Auburn Hills, and Novi are some examples)

- You will hand pick and remove litter/debris at commercial properties all over Metro Detroit. You will remove litter/debris from and around permanent fixtures. This includes buildings, light poles, traffic signs, curbs, fences, guide rails, dumpster enclosures and any other areas that are inaccessible with a sweeper truck.
- You will remove trash/debris from all landscaped areas within property lines including all lawn areas, plant beds, snow piles, etc.
- You will remove all litter, loose dirt and debris (including paper, cans, cigarette butts, etc) from sidewalks
- You will empty trash cans and change trash bags. Trash receptacles will be wiped down and trash will be dumped off-site.
- You will operate Parking Lot Sweeper equipment (trucks, leaf blowers, etc) and be required to inspect them daily to ensure safe operation
- You will power sweep and use leaf blowers on parking lots, to remove all litter and debris.
- You will work 20-30 hours per week during the day (including weekends) all over Metro Detroit
- You will be provided a planned route of accounts to service and will be responsible to complete your work independently (no manager will be breathing down your neck)

Some mechanical “know how” a big plus
Will train the right candidate
Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Bonus Potential based on performance
Job Requirements:
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Clean Driving Record
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Experience working outdoors
Ability to follow directions and read maps
Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required

Work location will be all across Southeast Michigan.

Job Description:
* You will work at night with a normal start time between 7pm and 9pm, including weekends.
* You will be provided with a planned route of accounts to service and will be responsible to complete your work independently (no manager breathing down your neck!)
* You will operate Parking Lot Sweeper equipment (trucks) and be required to inspect them daily to ensure safety.
* You will power sweep and use leaf blowers on parking lots, streets, and hard surfaces of construction sites to remove all litter and debris.
* When weather is not conducive for power sweeping, you will hand pick and remove litter/debris. You will remove all debris from and around permanent fixtures including buildings, light poles, traffic signs, curbs, fences, guide rails, dumpster enclosures, and any other area inaccessible with a sweeper truck.
* You will remove all litter, loose dirt and debris from sidewalks.
* You will empty trash cans and change trash bags. Trash receptacles will be wiped down and trash will be dumped off-site.
* You may need to power wash walk-ways and parking garages.

Some mechanical "know how" is a big plus.
We will train the right candidate.

Compensation:
