📣 To clarify and hopefully clear up any further misunderstanding, Zilka Heating & Cooling has been permanently closed since March 9, 2026. Following the unexpected closure, Zilka Family, llc was started as a new, separate company led by Jessica Stites, Ernest Zilka's granddaughter, and Cindy and Randy Forcier's daughter.

Our team members are here to serve new and old customers throughout Oakland County.

If you need to reach us, please do not use the former Zilka Heating phone number. That number currently rings to Mastercraft, which is based in Redford, and is not managed by us.
