❤️ Feel The Love 2025 – A Life Changed in Toledo ❤️
This year’s Feel The Love® installation day was one we’ll never forget.
Zimmerman Heating was proud to partner once again with Lennox to give back to someone who gives so much of himself to others — Jacob Cebina, a full-time father of two and devoted volunteer youth football coach.
Jacob was nominated by his mother for his unwavering commitment to his family, his community, and his perseverance through life’s challenges.
“At first, I couldn’t believe it—I didn’t even know if it was real,” Jacob shared. “After the team came to inspect the system, it hit me. I called my mom right after they left and cried with excitement.”
For the past six years, Jacob has worked tirelessly to maintain a safe and stable home for his boys. After taking on full financial responsibility for the household, he’s faced more than his share of obstacles — long hours in construction, home refinancing, car repairs, and rising utility costs.
His old HVAC system was not only inefficient, but the back addition where his sons sleep didn’t even have air conditioning.
“There’s no way I could afford a new system right now,” Jacob said. “This gift means the world to me and my boys. It’s going to change our lives.”
Thanks to the Lennox Feel The Love® program, Jacob’s home now has a new high-efficiency Lennox system, reducing his energy costs and ensuring year-round comfort for his family.
But Jacob’s story doesn’t end there. For the past nine years, he’s volunteered as a football coach with the Yellowjackets Youth Organization, mentoring local 5th and 6th graders on and off the field. Known as the “family handyman,” he’s always the first to lend a hand — whether it’s mowing lawns, fixing home projects, or helping his mom and grandmother.
Jacob embodies the true spirit of Feel The Love® — resilient, generous, and rooted in community.
