I'd like to thank all the staff at St. Joe's Hospital, the Infectious Disease Dept, and CNY Infusion for the last 10 days of care. A severe infection brought me to a dangerous place with my health.Now with C4,5 and 6 fused do to damage caused by the infection, I'm home and feeling grateful for this quiet reminder that we don't always get 2nd 3rd or 4th chances to change our situation(s).

I have 6 weeks of in home IV treatment ahead including PT.

Many many thanks to Kimberly Cook and Isaac Abdo for their constant support and unstoppable efforts to bring me home. I can say, simply that being cared for by great people is really what gets us through this this thing called life.

Take a walk, call ur people, stay in the moment and take a deep breathe of some clean summer time fresh air. It's really what matters most.

Well, it's official 55 has hit gently and I'm grateful for that. Still producing, still trying harder daily, and most importantly understanding my successes were based on a lot of failure.

Thank you to my JD Peeps, College family, my industry family and of course my own immediate & extend family for a wonderful day of messages, texts and love.

We all have a life that is filled with so much tuff and so much easy. I've learned to embrace both because they teach us humility, patiences and persistence.

This pictures is another example of who my parents were to each other. Friends, Lovers, Buddies in Life. I know Uncle Freddie (to most) looks like he is a bit miserable, truth be told he never knew how to swim! So boating was a love hate relationship for my dad and his 1966 Chris Craft.
