Project Spotlight 🚗Burritt Motors – Oswego, NY

Automotive dealerships place very different demands on a building, particularly in the service and maintenance areas where workflow, durability, and flexibility are critical. On the Burritt Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram project, Butler® building systems were used strategically in the service bay areas to support efficient operations and long‑term performance.

The facility includes 31,000 SF of showroom, service, parts storage, offices, and an automatic car wash, along with extensive site improvements and a separate 8,800 SF collision center. In the service bays, Butler solutions provide the open spans, clear heights, and resilient structure needed to accommodate lifts, equipment, and constant vehicle movement—without sacrificing long‑term reliability.
