NAILED IT!
What If you could get your Urethane Millwork Accents with a finish coat of paint, a routed edge and an integrated nail fl**ge direct from the factory eliminating the need for added J-channel and unsightly exposed fasteners. Until now the traditional install method of Urethane Millwork on a siding front has been limited to just a few options. Either go over top and through the siding, directly to the substrate or in some cases get more creative by adding a shim board. If not installed properly, going over the siding could result in unsightly “pinching” or “buckling” due to expansion and contraction. Installing directly to the substrate or when using a shim board J-channel must be incorporated adding time and cost to the project. Any of these traditional methods also result in either an exposed fastener or, albeit minor, some touch-up to hide those fasteners. In today's environment every minute or second we can save the installer counts, it is our goal to not only to save those valuable minutes and/or seconds but to do it in a way that enhances the look of the finished product. Contact us to learn more about this innovative time and labor saving feature which is now available on all applicable Nu-Wood Products, Including the headers as shown in the picture, and this ‘nail fl**ge and routed feature’ can be added to Nu-Wood flat trims, louvers and even brackets if you would like.
