Here is what happens when you leave schools for summer break! We also plan for your vacation. The Chester S Driver Middle School Auditorium at Marcellus CSD was built in the 1930s. Upgrades and restoration by local companies and workers set this beautiful space up for upcoming decades. Finish photographs including drone shots coming soon.

What do you do when some are sick or busy during the month of December? You plan a party date in January when almost all can be there! Last Saturday employees of Bellows Construction and their family members & friends gathered in the private Blue Room at the Inn of the Seasons for our end of the year holiday bash. We had the Inn’s famous scallops wrapped in bacon, open bar & order off the full menu. It was so much fun, loud & a lot of laughing. What happens at the Inn stays at the Inn…the pictures speak for themselves. Happy New Year to everyone and best wishes for a successful 2026 construction season!

Raise a cup this morning to John Maestri of Solvay Iron Works, who passed this week at the age of 100 years. His accomplishments in the construction business were exemplary. You never heard John and the Ironworkers say it couldn’t be done. John also brought his wild personality to many charitable causes including those detailed in the article posted in the comments. He was a true gentleman who loved his family and a force not to be underestimated on the job. Our sincerest sympathies to John’s family, who might be comforted to know he will always be remembered for a life well lived.
