This is what the job actually looks like.

Gloves on, knees in the dirt, our apprentices diligently learning by working directly with our plumbers, who’ve all done it a thousand times before.

That’s how the trade gets passed down, person to person, generation after generation, hand to hand, people investing in each other, doing great work every day of the week.

Behind the scenes is Erin - She’s been known to say that she, “Can’t imagine doing anything else.” - Marketing Manager, department wrangler, and the woman who graciously keeps our systems working seamlessly together.

Erin joined the BLP team in June 2024, after many years of working alongside us from the agency side, bringing with her more than 8 years in the trades.

Erin has a genuine love for hard work and truly cares about our team.

When she’s not working at BLP she’s heavy lifting, literally, and helping train other women through their fitness goals.

Much respect, Erin! Your care & support makes all of us stronger 💪

Welcome to a Warehouse on Wheels!

Take a peek inside one of our vans - Every bin is labeled and every plumbing tech knows exactly what’s in there.

Every van gets loaded before it leaves the shop. Ready to go with pipe, fittings, water heaters, everything we need to do, fix, and clean whatever we come across.

In short, a dialed truck means a better, faster fix.

Giving Back to our Community - When our BLP team members win company contests, they get to donate their winnings to a charity of their choice.

This season, our staff humbly awarded donations to the Tacoma Humane Society, Tacoma Mission, and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital.

We delivered their checks in person, taking a moment to connect, shake hands, and say, “Thank you for doing what you do.”

🔧 Saturday school is in session 🔧

On top of weekly training, our apprentices get together once a month on a Saturday to learn new skills, sharpen existing ones, and keep getting better at their craft. 💪

Today’s training focused on drain cleaning, equipment safety & maintenance, and camera locating - giving our apprentices more hands-on experience with the tools and techniques they’ll use every day in the field.

At Bob Larson Plumbing, constant improvement isn’t just something we talk about; we put in the work. 👏

Party Time! Once a year at the end of summer, we invite our customers in to our Bob Larson HQ for a day of celebration.

Complimentary food, drink, good vibes and games. It’s a blast!

Then - a couple days later - we throw another party for our staff & their families.

Food trucks, carnival games, a bouncy castle packed with smiling kids, friends, even a dunk tank for our humble leaders to fall at the hands of our playful staff and their kiddos.

It’s a joy and an honor to celebrate our customers and our company. Thanks for another great year!
