We start by removing and marking all screens.
We hand wash both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush using biodegradable soap and set the screens aside to dry.
We begin cleaning the outside of your windows first, using a soft strip washer and a very concentrated window washing solution. The solution we use will not only make your windows sparkle, but it'll protect the glass from the harsh elements.
We then use a scraper to get off paint over-spray
, bug marks, sap, etc.
After thoroughly wetting the window again with our strip washer and solution, we squeegee the water off and towel dry around the edges where water collects.
After the outside windows are done, we'll then move our operation inside and repeat the process.
When we're inside, we clean the window tracks and window sills.
It's now time to put all of the clean screens back in place.
To finish up, we will walk around your home to double check the windows and put all of your furniture back where it was.

So, we here at Build Earth Industries want to make sure that you understand exactly what your getting for your money. We do great work and have cleaned 1000's of windows without disappointments from our customers.

A typical residential window washing is roughly $100 per 1000 square feet of your home. So, if you have a 3000 square foot home, then your window cleaning would be approximately $300. This price would be a full inside and out cleaning with all screens washed as well.

Another helpful rule of thumb for residential jobs is that on average, the cost per window is usually around $12 per window. So if your home has 20 windows, the cost would be around $240 for a full service job. This includes inside, outside, and washing the screens.

A typical commercial window washing job is usually about $4 per pane, so if your office has 100 panes of glass, then the job would be about $400 for an inside and out window cleaning.
