First wall up at Tacoma Rescue Mission Phase 2!

A powerful moment on site as the team worked together to stand the first wall of this expansion. This next phase will help double the capacity of the men’s emergency shelter and expand the New Life recovery program, creating more space, more support, and more opportunity for those in need.

From early site work to near completion, Switcher’s Landing has undergone a remarkable transformation.

Through each phase, Colvos Construction delivered site development and infrastructure improvements across the 16.5-acre project, including roadway and roundabout construction, while also building the multi-tenant retail building, Gravity Coffee and completing exterior shell work for 7-Eleven. As additional tenants come online, this mixed-use development will continue evolving into a vibrant destination for Maple Valley.

Proud to help lay the groundwork for a community hub built to serve for years to come.
