Added Dimensions is an award-winning general contractor that specializes in building and remodeling homes that require close attention to detail. Many of these projects involve contemporary architecture, some do not. In general though, our projects are exceptional in ex*****on. The majority of our work is in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, but can range as far as Middleburg or Annapolis. You can see some examples of our work at www.AddedDimensionsInc.com.
We are looking for a motivated construction project assistant to join our team and support our project managers and superintendents in delivering high-quality projects.
The minimum requirements for the position are:
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, architecture, engineering or a related field is preferred but not necessary. A construction background with the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and be self-motivated is equally desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software. Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE suite and MS Project is a big plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to take constructive criticism, follow directions, work as a member of a team and have a sense of humor.
