Big day on site getting the catwalk and cone set into place on a rehabilitated water clarifier.

Work like this takes a lot of planning before anything ever gets lifted. Between the crew on the ground, the crane operator, and everyone helping guide things into position, every move has to be communicated clearly and done safely.

We’re thankful for the crane company and everyone involved who helped make this part of the job come together. These are the kind of days where teamwork really shows — everybody has a job to do, and it takes all of us to get it done right.

Proud of our crew for the hard work and attention to detail on this one.

This was a big one.

One of our crews has been working on safely taking down an old tower, and jobs like this take just as much care as building something new. There is a lot that has to happen before a piece ever comes off — planning the cuts, setting up the crane, making sure everyone is in the right spot, and keeping safety at the front of every move.

New builds are always exciting, but safely removing old structures is an important part of moving a project forward too.

Not every job is about installing something new — sometimes the work starts with removing something old.

Our crew removed the components of a sewer clarifier this week. From here we will fabricate and install all new components. In a couple weeks this unit will be running like a top.

A job like this takes more than just a crane. It takes planning, communication, and making sure everyone is where they need to be before anything comes off the ground. These pieces are heavy, and there’s no room for rushing.

Wrapping up another lift station project. One of the final steps has been getting everything cleaned up and finished out.

The guys spent the last few days spreading gravel and installing the security fence, and this one has turned out really nice.

Sure proud of the guys and the work they put into it.

There’s always work to be done before the job really gets started.

This is the kind of prep that helps everything else go smoother — clearing out brush, getting access opened up, bringing in material, and making sure the crew and equipment have room to work.

It’s not always the part people notice, but it makes a big difference. We try to take the same pride in getting a site ready as we do in the finished job.

A little extra effort in the beginning can save a lot of problems later.

This is the kind of work we take pride in.

Our crew has been working on lift stations, which help move wastewater when it can’t flow by gravity on its own. They may not be something people see or think about every day, but they are a big part of keeping homes, businesses, and communities running safely.

On this job, we’ve been digging, setting structures, working in deep excavations, and making sure everything is placed the right way before it gets backfilled.

We care about doing this work right because people depend on these systems every single day. A good wastewater system protects the community, supports growth, and keeps things moving the way they should.

Another RO system piping rehab job completed.

This project involved replacing and rebuilding sections of piping on a reverse osmosis system to help improve the way water moves through the unit. Our crew installed new piping, fittings, valves, and connections around the RO membrane vessels to make the system cleaner, more reliable, and easier to service in the future.

It may not be the most noticeable work once everything is back in operation, but it makes a big difference in the performance and maintenance of the system.
