Wrapping up another lift station project. One of the final steps has been getting everything cleaned up and finished out.

The guys spent the last few days spreading gravel and installing the security fence, and this one has turned out really nice.

Sure proud of the guys and the work they put into it.

There’s always work to be done before the job really gets started.

This is the kind of prep that helps everything else go smoother — clearing out brush, getting access opened up, bringing in material, and making sure the crew and equipment have room to work.

It’s not always the part people notice, but it makes a big difference. We try to take the same pride in getting a site ready as we do in the finished job.

A little extra effort in the beginning can save a lot of problems later.

This is the kind of work we take pride in.

Our crew has been working on lift stations, which help move wastewater when it can’t flow by gravity on its own. They may not be something people see or think about every day, but they are a big part of keeping homes, businesses, and communities running safely.

On this job, we’ve been digging, setting structures, working in deep excavations, and making sure everything is placed the right way before it gets backfilled.

We care about doing this work right because people depend on these systems every single day. A good wastewater system protects the community, supports growth, and keeps things moving the way they should.

Proud of our crew for the time, effort, and care they put into jobs like this.

Another RO system piping rehab job completed.

This project involved replacing and rebuilding sections of piping on a reverse osmosis system to help improve the way water moves through the unit. Our crew installed new piping, fittings, valves, and connections around the RO membrane vessels to make the system cleaner, more reliable, and easier to service in the future.

It may not be the most noticeable work once everything is back in operation, but it makes a big difference in the performance and maintenance of the system.

We are looking for an experienced part-time contract fabricator to help with custom steel fabrication work in our shop.

This position is a good fit for someone who has hands-on experience with custom shop fabrication, understands layout and fit-up, and takes pride in quality work.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in custom steel fabrication
Ability to read basic drawings or measurements
Strong welding and fit-up skills
Dependable, detail-oriented work ethic
Part-time availability

We’re excited to watch this project continue taking shape from the ground up.

We’ve been working on something a little different in the shop recently.

This is an arsenic removal system we’re fabricating for a current customer’s well field project. A lot of the work we do happens out in the field, but projects like this also require a good amount of planning, layout, stainless piping, welding, assembly, and coordination before the system ever makes it to the jobsite.

Arsenic is one of those things most people don’t think about when they turn on the tap, but it can naturally occur in groundwater. When it’s present above safe drinking water limits, it has to be removed before that water can be used. Systems like this help treat well water so it can meet the required standards and be safe for the people who rely on it.

We’re proud of our crew for the work going into this one. From stainless steel fabrication and welding to putting together the process piping and equipment, there are a lot of details that have to come together correctly.

This project is a good example of what we enjoy most: taking a real need for a customer, understanding the treatment process, and building the pieces that help make the system work.
