Considering hiring an employee here at Big Bend Creative Design
Please read this post and follow directions. The perfect candidate will have knowledge of common home repair and remodel procedures. Paint,hardie siding,Flooring,Sheetrock,installation of fixtures, ect. Tile experience would be a HUGE plus.owning basic tools would be great but not necessary.You MUST be able to work efficiently unsupervised. If I have to baby sit there is no reason for me to have you. Just being honest.
I will need references. Real references , not your cousin. I am growing rapidly and would like someone that wants to grow with the company. Pay will be discussed. This will be a 1099 position for the time being. I live in Quincy and work a 1-2hr radius. Most of the jobs are in Tallahassee,Quincy,crawfordville.
If you are Interested here are a few things to know. I need reliability. I need someone that can leave their habits (if any) at home. If I thinks your high or drinking your gone. Period. If your not going to show up to work please don’t inquire. If you are interested please send me a message. If you comment ”what’s the pay” “pm me” “I’m interested “ ect. It will be pretty obvious you cannot follow directions. I am critical of my work. Things absolutely must be done correctly. This position will pay well. Most jobs will be flat rate. So.
