Convenience stores are a lot more than a place to grab coffee, fuel up, or pick up a last-minute snack.

They’re where early mornings start, road trips pause, shift workers grab dinner, and communities connect.

Over the last decade, we’ve had the opportunity to help build and renovate more than 10 convenience store locations across North Florida and South Georgia. From ground-up construction to remodels and expansions, each project has been an opportunity to create spaces that serve thousands of people every single day.

It’s a unique corner of commercial construction—fast-paced, detail-driven, and always evolving to meet the needs of today’s customers.

We’re grateful for the partnerships, the trust, and the chance to help shape some of the busiest buildings in our communities.

✨ Project Completion: KPMG Office Renovation ✨

We’re proud to share the successful completion of our latest project for KPMG—a full interior renovation of an existing office suite within an occupied building.

This project involved selective demolition and new construction to create a modern workplace tailored to today’s evolving office needs. Our team delivered upgraded mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with enhanced lighting, power, and low‑voltage infrastructure to support collaborative, flexible workspaces.

The finished space features:

✔️ Interior glass office fronts for openness and light
✔️ Custom millwork with solid‑surface countertops
✔️ Fully integrated IT, low‑voltage, and security systems
✔️ Custom wall graphics with local inspiration

All work was carefully coordinated to maintain operations within an occupied environment, while ensuring full compliance with life safety systems and building codes.

A great collaboration and an even better result—creating a functional, high‑performance workspace with a strong identity.

🎉 Big congratulations to our Project Engineer Zac Zweifel on completing his first Iron Man!🏊🚴🏃

This past weekend, Zac completed the Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast in under 6 hours — an amazing feat that reflects months of discipline, grit, and determination!

OliverSperry partnered with Florida Surplus Lines to transform their office space to better support their business. The renovation expands the office across all floors and introduces collaboration spaces, modern workstations, executive and manager offices, a kitchen, and a production/video room—plus important mechanical upgrades.

The result? A more efficient, collaborative, and inspiring workplace designed to support creativity, productivity, and the evolving needs of the workforce.

Please join us this Thursday, April 23rd, for a Ribbon Cutting at our recently completed project, Impact Tallahassee!

Our team has been hard at work renovating the Academy, including the construction of a new retaining wall, the installation of accessible playground equipment for all students, and the addition of poured‑in‑place surfacing to create a fun and safe play experience.

We’re thrilled with the results and look forward to celebrating and sharing this project with you!

We're a few days post-Clays for IMPACT 2026, we've had some sleep, we've reflected and we really want to say our biggest THANK YOU to our sponsors, attendees and competitors this past weekend!

This event was a huge success and we hope you all had a lot of fun! Attendees won a stay in Montana, puppies, shooting trips and much more! And through all of that, we never lost sight of the reason behind this event - to further our mission to provide comprehensive services in response to community needs in the areas of education, child development and therapeutic services.
