Finished this project up a month or so ago. Turned out great! This pool house is gonna be a great addition to this outdoor space for entertaining. These customers were a pleasure to work with and were very satisfied. As always Justin and the champion construction team knocked it out of the park. No job is to big or to SMALL for us here at champion construction. Had this sweet lady that had contacted one or two other contractors local to our area and ended up with no shows and broken promises. We went out and replaced this rotted birds box and soffit painted and touched up the caulk all way around her house. Took about four hours and we were gone. Looks original to the house and she was very happy!! No matter the size of your project give us a call we will be happy to help!! Bottom right pic is the other box we don’t touch. Just for reference

Been a good while since we’ve posted a job on here so here’s one for the books. We’ve been working on this one for several months. It just kept growing as the homeowner had visions for new projects and we helped him bring them to life. He had a basement that was half finished and half unfinished. We gutted the finished half all but the existing shower and rewired replumbed and finished it out as well as adding a huge family room with kitchenette and huge rock fire place. Added 2 bedrooms with a bug bath with a walk in tile shower. Outside we landscaped with a new rock retaining wall and rock steps as well as a rock patio with a huge outdoor kitchen with stainless cabinets and drawers. Outside we also tore down the old deck that was in the second story reconfigured it and made it much more user friendly and opened up the downstairs patio. This customer was a blessing to work with he wa super satisfied and as much as we enjoyed working on this one we are glad to be done and in to the next one!! As always Justin came in clutch on this one and we got her done!!

I want to give a shout out to Jason Spain and the ceppo cane tree service crew! I called them to take care of a customer on the lake and let me tell you these guys know their stuff. Jason came out and looked at the job which is not easy they showed up with state of the art equipment and everyone had their own role and went to work. These guys are great at what they do and I highly recommend them if you need any kind of tree work done or removed!!
