📍Kendall (Dadeland) Remodel

Giving this pool a solid refresh without starting from scratch.

We’re keeping the existing shell, but upgrading it with a tanning ledge, entry steps, and a swim-out bench.

Adding all new lights, equipment, and plumbing, and finishing it off with a shellstone deck, gonna feel like a whole new backyard when it’s done.

📍Kendall Remodel

This backyard was stuck in the past… not for long.

We’re remodeling the old pool, demoing the deck, and kitchen and starting fresh.

Adding a swim-out bench + tanning ledge, new porcelain pavers, and a pergola with a proper outdoor kitchen.

The old BBQ area is turning into turf, a mini setup, and a spot for the kids to actually use.

Way more functional. Stay tuned for how it turns out.

Okay so come out back real quick… you see the pool? The LED lighting runs all through it and the spa, once it gets dark out here it’s a whole different thing. The steps are all lit up leading you in.

Now look over there 👉 that’s the lion head, just flowing right into the spa. And on the other side, mirrored wall with a TV mount, so you can watch your shows or catch a game while relaxing in the spa.

Oh and the sauna and cold plunge are up on the composite deck, in case you need to cool off or decompress after a long day 😌
