10x14 $42,500
10x20 $60,000
10x20 (with bathroom/kitchenette) $75,000

Prices are subject to change based on the foundation and interior/exterior finishes and financing is available! The base price includes a fully finished unit with spray foam insulation, AC/heat, wood floors, premium doors and windows.
