New project starting on S Willow. Not our favorite kind of project, but one we run into often in the South Tampa area. We will be repairing a project previously done by a well-known South Tampa company that is best known for their bad work. Unfortunately for the owner, she didn’t know this in advance and was trapped by a bad construction contract. The first thing you should do when presented a construction contract is to have a construction lawyer review it prior to signing. It’s a small fee and well worth the money. If you need a reference for this, please let us know!
