From empty trays to fully palletized products, this custom robotic cell demonstrates how advanced automation can transform packaging operations.

The process begins with tray depalletizing, followed by UV light cleaning and vision inspection to help maintain product quality standards. Coffee pods are then automatically placed into the trays before a second robot palletizes the finished trays for distribution.

The result is a highly efficient, repeatable process that helps increase throughput, improve quality control, reduce manual handling, and support secure operations.
