Over the past few weeks, I’ve spoken with a number of people who are looking to start the barndominium building process. A common issue I keep hearing is how difficult it has been to get clear answers from engineers. Some have been told that engineers won’t design barndominiums, while others are told one engineer can design the plans but another is needed to stamp them.

I wanted to share that The Avanti Group, Inc. can handle the entire process for you—from design to fully engineered, permit-ready plans. They also provide site due diligence to help identify any potential issues with your property upfront, so there are no surprises down the road.

Also, very ironically that my first red iron Barndominium was built in Spring Hill, FL as well.
