Another stunning job installed at a local Club House that went from 1960's decor & wrecked by Helene (hurricane) in 2024 to a fantastic open & airy place to gather for a large condominium community ~ more pictures to come...but here's a sneak peak ~ elegant coastal casual including custom photography courtesy of Vicki Norton Photography

Have you wondered how to get more from your space without having to add to your building...imagine having the opportunity to add on to your usable space that is able to open or close the louvered roof based on weather, the ability to add fans, lights, heaters and more...as large or small as you need to make your guests enjoy their experience while having more seats in the house! ~ Why Wait?

New Vendor Alert! Stunning Cast Aluminum has the intricate detail of iron with the durability of aluminum (impossible to rust). It's a labor intensive process of pouring molten aluminum into dense silica sand molds, letting it cool/form and then removing it from the mold - sanding and finishing. The aluminum pieces are then welded together to form one of the most beautiful detailed designs that is heavier than extruded (hollow) aluminum with much more design detail ~ pair it up with Performance Solution Dyed Acrylic Cushions and you have a meticulously hand-made durable piece that can last for generations....

Even the simplest jobs provide the best satisfaction when you can take a blank canvas and turn it into something the customer will have and use for decades ~ this product is made from post-consumer waste that is thrown out, however never decomposes (plastics - water bottles, milk jugs, detergent containers) - it is harvested, cleaned, ground up, melted, pigment & UV stability is added and then it is extruded into what looks like lumber. This so called waste becomes commercial grade outdoor furniture that looks like wood but is guaranteed not to chip/crack/peel/splinter, warp or bow and is impervious to bugs while NEVER needing to be painted. I would definitely call that a lot of wins! There are literally a rainbow of colors to choose from and we chose to make a statement with the Black @ Black Bear Clubhouse...

Yes, we are staying busy helping builders open their new developments ~ what a pleasure and joy to be a part of a new community! This one is for Lennar called Limehouse Farms. They chose one of the BEST vendors in the industry that truly builds like no other - all of their frames a full circumference welded Aluminum (which is impossible to rust) then they SAND-BLAST before Electrostatic Powder-Coat finishing (which makes the finish stronger & thicker than any other process used in the industry) & it doesn't stop there...they also reinforce their frames with BOLT-THROUGH technology and finish off by HEAT-SEALING their double stitched slings ensuring there is no failure down the road ~ truly amazing product that stands above the rest and we can prove it! So, if you are looking for the BEST in business product at the lowest prices available - please reach out because we are ready.

This week we had the pleasure of installing The Lakes at North Glynn ~ a fantastic new community built by DR Horton. Beautiful Aluminum Frame furnishings with virgin double wrapped vinyl strap, punched Aluminum Table Tops, matching Umbrellas and some recycled poly Adirondack Chairs. Aluminum frames are often chosen in areas that are close to salt water and chlorine pools since it's a material that is impossible to rust! Color choice and style are always available for every project... Why Wait?
