Welcome to Heaven Sent Construction Inc., we are a local family-owned renovation specialist located in Tampa, FL. Heaven Sent Construction was founded in 2006 by Francisco Diaz. He began as an apprentice in Kitchen/Bath remodeling in 2002 and quickly realized his gifting and natural talents in the industry. As his passion for building grew, clients also began to request him by name. His creativity

and knowledge in the trade continued to flood into more ventures proving his calling in the building and remodeling industry. Francisco also recognized the lack of honesty and integrity in the construction business as he served clients who had been taken advantage of by unprofessional contractors and has committed to provide exceptional contracting services through quality workmanship with quality products. Our company highly believes in giving back to the community through community service projects and events. We have also established a youth discipleship program for underprivileged individuals to learn the trade of a contractor, how to interact in the professional world and give them the tools to succeed in all future ventures.

Another update on the Hudson Beach build—late but better than never! Progress may be slow, but it’s still progress, and we’re pushing forward no matter what comes our way.

We’re building this stunning two-story, all-block custom home with an elevator for the next amazing family to join this coastal community. Built strong, built right, and built to weather any Florida storm—because for us, it’s always quality over quantity.

Progress update on my investment build at Hudson Beach: The storm knocked down our block walls and tore up some of the floor framing, setting us back. It’s been a challenge, but we’re not giving up.
