Front Office Receptionist Needed - 1 Full Time or 2 Part Time positions are available.

Duties:

-Answer and direct all phone calls
-Filing, copying, printing, clerical duties
-Light upkeep of office
-Greet all office guests
-Manage, clean and organize the front desk
-Schedule client services, client visits and company events
-Stock supplies
-Collect and sort all mail and packages
-Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
-Decorate the office for holidays
-Support the office administrator, contractor and staff

Immediate Hires needed. Located in Tampa. Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
