Pebblestone Construction & Management, Inc was incorporated in October 2001, in Tampa, Florida. Pebblestone started in Toronto, Canada in 1990 and was moved to Florida officially in 2001. Based as a local contractor, Pebblestone started with small repairs and remodels from residential to commercial projects. Over the decade, Pebblestone's projects have evolved into larger and multi-phase projects.
Tackling projects of all sizes has allowed Pebblestone to comprise as team of efficient individuals striving for success. Pebblestone Construction & Management, Inc works to continue to provide a quality product to all our customers. Our company services have been used by many types of clients such as large corporations, sports athletes, investors, realtors, other contractors, developers, small business owners and many homeowners to name a few. Pebblestone is comprised of many key individuals who together have many decades of experience in the construction industry. Andrew Slywka (Qualifying agent, Founder and President) with over 20 years’ experience, Master Trade Carpenter, Movie Set Construction, and design experience. Danny Roberts (Project Lead – Master Carpenter) 30 years’ experience, Finish & Rough Carpentry, Cabinetry Construction. Plus various individuals in the field and office which are dedicated, organized professionals whom help us be a leader in quality. The base core of our work crew is multi-talented enabling us to complete multiple tasks efficiently, helping us to make or beat job deadlines. Our sub-contractor base is established with small quality businesses who work directly on each project with us. We ensure that they are current with all licenses and insurances, while in our employ. The sub-contractors vary as needed depending on each project job scope.
