We just leased one of our favorite IOS projects in Tampa, FL!

The IOS market in Central Florida continues to be red hot. We leased this site to a national equipment rental group while we were under contract.

This property has ~11,500 SF warehouse and sits on 5.5 Acres of freshly milled IOS.

It continues to show that well located, high-quality industrial sites continue to trade at record prices and move the market forward in terms of lease price per acre.
