The design/build project was constructed with precast concrete wall panels providing a 36’ clear height and anticipates future tenant needs with a 2,377 SF office buildout, six dock positions, a drive-in ramp, ESFR fire protection, 2000-amp electrical service, and LED high-bay lighting. ARCO Murray passed an important milestone on our 101,908 SF rear-load distribution shell building in Titusville, Florida… we completed erecting the concrete tilt-up wall panels in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration, which was required due to the site’s proximity to the Space Coast Regional Airport.
