I wanted to post another update- that Mosley Heating & Air is still in the process being acquired. While this is a big change, I want to be clear: I, Eric Mosley, am still the owner and will be for the next few years. I will continue to stand behind the work we do and the name we’ve built.
To our customers:
If you’ve requested a refund, rest assured—you will receive it. For those who didn’t want to wait and have initiated chargebacks, please understand that those must be processed through your credit card company, and we appreciate your patience as that wraps up. There will be no double refunds. We are still running service calls ect.
With this transition, we are also receiving a new phone number and will have a new larger location to accommodate the new growth in staff. We’ll post the new contact info soon so you can always reach us easily.
Lastly, I’ve seen some anonymous posts and comments online—some even from people who have never been our customers. That’s disappointing, but I’m not shaken. I’m not going to feed into the social media keyboard comandos. I’ve built my reputation on honesty, hard work, and standing by my word—and that will never change. I’ve built a great business and we are simply growing with the help of you and a national home services company.
