Following a lengthy and intricate presentation, the Architectural Review Committee granted approval for both variance requests and preliminary approval of the Certificate of Appropriateness for our Bayshore project.

Good morning, Next Monday evening our Bayshore project goes to public hearing with the city's Architectural Review Committee. The purpose is to approve the elevation of the historical structure to current flood elevation requirements.

We will not be the first but we are part of an emerging trend to save the buildings which are located in flood areas after last years devasting hurricane season.
