This year we completed a tough one in Pasco County: a room addition that was red tagged and hit with a code violation. The homeowner didn’t realize the original contractor was unlicensed until the violation notice showed up.
Several contractors couldn’t get the project permitted and the family was facing the possibility of tearing it out or rebuilding from scratch.

Our team stepped in, documented the existing work, coordinated the right path with the county, and secured a retroactive permit while designing the code compliant modifications needed to meet current requirements.

End result: the room was saved, the scope was controlled, and the homeowner avoided unnecessary rework and expense.

Good morning and Merry Christmas weekend! 🎄

As we close out the year, I just want to say thank you. 2025 has been a big one for us, we’ve been blessed with a steady flow of projects, from permits and code compliance work to renovations, repairs, and problem solving jobs that required real experience and real accountability.

A Legend Lost… But Never Forgotten.

This week, we lost more than a wrestling icon, we lost a man who gave his life to serving others with everything he had.

Hulk Hogan wasn’t just entertainment for me growing up, he was motivation. He taught us to show up, give 110%, and always do right by the people counting on you.

That message stuck with me.

In my own journey, from working as a handyman to becoming a Licensed General Contractor, I've served the Tampa Bay community for over 15 years. I’ve built homes, pulled storm permits, helped families recover after hurricanes… and somewhere along the way, I had the honor of meeting the man himself.

Hulk was exactly who you hoped he’d be genuine, humble, and full of that same heart he brought into the ring. A real one.

I’ve been busy helping homeowners recover from storm damage, pulling after-the-fact permits, and fighting for my clients to make things right… but today, I just wanted to take a moment to reflect and give thanks.

To Hulk’s family, fans, and everyone he inspired: my heart is with you.

If your property was impacted by recent flooding, you may have received a letter stating your home is “Substantially Damaged.” This means repairs must comply with stricter FEMA and county flood zone regulations — and permits must be submitted within 90 days. ⏳ The 90 days expires next week!
