For this , we're taking it back, but not too far, to when we provided MEP and structural engineering design for Boulon Brasserie & Bakery on Water Street Tampa.

In partnership with Next Level Brands Hospitality, we helped bring this beautiful Parisian-inspired restaurant and bakery to life, creating one of Water Street's premier dining destinations.

Boulon is just one of the many incredible concepts from Next Level, and we're proud to once again be part of their newest venture, Forbici Modern Italian in St. Petersburg, opening later this month.
