IT’S IN EFFECT.

The federal court order in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF is live. And since B&T USA is a named plaintiff, our customers are inside the group the order protects.

Covered purchases of B&T USA suppressors now run like a standard r***e or sh***un purchase: licensed dealer, 4473, background check, out the door. No Form 4. No fingerprints. No waiting on ATF.

This is a historic milestone in the efforts to eliminate the outdated and unjust NFA registrations.

We’d like to thank our fellow plaintiffs for their commitment to this fight, and our customers for supporting those combined efforts.

Please note, the order isn’t nationwide. State law still applies. And the government can still appeal, which could pause this. If that happens, we’ll say so publicly and quickly. And we’ll continue to fight in this case.

Most modular suppressors ask you to own two cans and swap between them. The Impuls9-M asks you to own one. A removable modular section lets it run full length for maximum sound reduction or compact for when size matters more than the last few decibels, same suppressor, same mount, no second purchase required. Built from 3D printed titanium with weldless construction, it runs 6.1 to 7.5 inches and 6.7 to 8.1 ounces depending on configuration, and ships with a booster for reliable cycling across a wide range of pistol hosts. B&T USA is proud to be part of the recent win for constitutional freedom, as a federal court has struck down the NFA’s registration requirements for suppressors, short-barreled r***es and short-barreled sh***uns. 

We joined this fight as a named plaintiff, alongside other brave industry leaders, organizations and states, because a registration scheme built to collect a tax has no business outliving the tax. 
This is an encouraging milestone, but it isn’t a finish line. The ruling is stayed pending appeal.

Cutting a suppressor down usually means giving something up, weight, durability, or how much heat it can actually take. The XH-556 SC doesn’t make that trade. Same hybrid build as the full-size XH-556, a 3D printed titanium body paired with a 718 Inconel blast baffle, just trimmed down to 5 inches and under 9 ounces for builds where every bit of length matters. Reduced Backpressure System still holds bolt speed increase under two percent, so short barreled setups don’t get punished with extra blowback the way they do on a lot of subcompact cans. No barrel length restrictions, full auto rated, and it’s been run through the same SOCOM level testing past 22,000 rounds as its full-size counterpart.

Every suppressor starts as a build plate right here in UT, not a blueprint on someone else’s manufacturing floor. Layer by layer, our printers grow each can from titanium powder into a finished part, the same process, the same tolerances, run right here in the U.S, under our own roof. From there it’s hand finished and cleaned to spec, because a suppressor that looks right and runs right takes more than a printer to get there.

Four ounces. Five point one inches. Numbers that small usually l mean a suppressor that cuts corners somewhere. The TiGER22 doesn’t. It’s 3D printed from a single piece of titanium, no welds, no seams, no weak points baked into the build.
