Anclote Harbor Apartments | Project Update 🚧

Progress continues at Anclote Harbor Apartments as the team works through the final stages of the project. Fine grading will be completed after the remaining yard drains are installed, with sidewalk work continuing near Buildings 2 & 4 and final striping underway by the clubhouse.

The project is now primarily focused on punch-out work and getting the remaining details wrapped up. Great work by the team as we continue moving toward completion!

Progress continues at 500 S Falkenburg! Our crews are nearing completion of the utility work while making great progress throughout the site.

Sod is going down along the pond slopes
Road base is being imported
Utility testing will be starting soon
The jack and bore operation are still ahead

🚧 Sherman Hills 4A & 4B | Project Update 🚧

Progress continues at Sherman Hills as our crews work through multiple phases of the project.

In Phase 4A, the first half of the project, our team is currently working on sanitary and storm infrastructure. Meanwhile, Phase 4B is still undergoing clearing, with grading expected to begin soon.

A drone flight is being scheduled for Phase 4B to evaluate site elevations and help the team prepare for the next phase of work.

We’re excited to see the project continue taking shape and look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.

Progress continues at this Project!

Our watermain tap was successfully completed, and this week, the team is moving on to the next phase: sanitary sewer installation.

Another step forward as we continue making progress on the project and building the infrastructure that keeps our community moving.
