Nothing makes me happier then seeing reviews like this. We believe in honesty over sales which seems to be so lacking in our industry. We are a family owned and operated company. the other, technician that works with me is the person who trained me over a decade ago. My goal is to treat every customer the way I would want to be treated if I didn't know air conditioning. In addition doing everything at a reasonable price so that the average working class customer can afford it. Just because a company can charge more doesnt mean that it should. If you are also following me and for the customer i have i hope I can continue to earn your business.

In my opinion honesty is the number 1 thing you should have in our industry. I definitely could have went here to just told the customer the same thing but I can do it for $3,000 and would make way more money. We believe in honesty over sales for our customers and treat every customer the way i would want to be treated if I didn't know air conditioning.

The number one thing that you can do as a homeowner is replace your filters. You can see some photos below that show why. If your evaporator coil gets dirty like this one your ac system will have numerous negative effects. Your compressor can become damaged which is the biggest ticket item on your ac. Your unit can freeze and then not cool. It can damage you indoor fan motor as well amongst many other things. This is also why we recommend getting regular maintenance every 6 months so that's we can catch stuff like this before it turns into a bigger problem. This shows the evaporator coil after we cleaned it and what it should look like and what a dirty evaporator coil looks like.
