Over the past 18 years, Eric has built a deep understanding of our business—from engineering through production and operations—and has been instrumental in how we execute and grow. His hands-on experience and leadership make him uniquely positioned to step into this role.

As General Manager, Eric will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting our continued growth, and helping scale the business to the next level.

Looking forward to seeing Eric help lead CBM through its next phase of growth.
