KC Industries is looking to sign contracts with 2-3 homeowners to build Pole Barns/Garages this winter starting the first one in November.
We are a licensed and insured builder, and will travel within 45 minutes of Standish 48650.
The radius includes Tawas City, West Branch, Gladwin, Beaverton, Sanford, Midland, Auburn, Bay City, and Saginaw.
If you’re wanting a pole barn, we will pour your concrete first thing in the spring after frost laws.
If you’d like a stick built Garage/Shop, we will need to pour your foundation this fall to be able to build in November.
We have all the equipment necessary to complete your garage from start to finish without renting, keeping costs lower.
We have a quality lumber, and steel supplier, and will guide you in the correct direction to build your garage the right way without future problems.
