🚧 Big milestone on our 36' x 14' room addition! 🚧
We're excited to share the latest progress on this project! The addition is now fully framed, dried in, and wrapped, with the windows installed and it's officially ready for the electrical and HVAC rough-ins.
It's always exciting to watch a project go from an idea on paper to something you can walk through. Every stage gets us one step closer to delivering a beautiful, functional new living space for our customers.

Today we wrapped up the concrete work, and everything came out looking clean and ready for the next phase. Tomorrow, we start standing walls and bringing this 36' x 14' room addition to life!

Progress update on the 36' x 14' room addition! 🏠🔨
Another productive day in the books. Today we sealed the entire block foundation to help protect against moisture and ensure this addition stays dry for years to come. We also poured the new concrete pad for the AC unit, getting the mechanical side of the project ready before the next phases begin.
It's always satisfying to see the groundwork come together. Every step matters—from the footers and block work to waterproofing and site prep—and we're one step closer to framing this addition up.
