What a transformation this one turned into. From the moment we opened things up, we uncovered issue after issue — mold, unsafe electrical work, poorly built walls, makeshift plumbing, and even major water damage in a bearing wall.

At BeyondBuilds & Properties LLC, we believe in fixing things the right way, not covering them up for the next person to deal with later. This remodel meant taking the bathroom down to the studs and rebuilding it properly from the ground up.

Every problem we found was addressed with long-term durability and safety in mind so the homeowners could move forward confidently, knowing the space behind the walls is just as solid as what you see on the surface.

We’ve been quiet on here — but working 👀

We had the pleasure of helping our amazing customers Ken and Rhonda with their shower remodel recently and it turned out amazing! From an old fiberglass shower with water stained glass to a new bigger tiled shower paired with a top of the line dual bypass glass slider system.

With spring finally here we are ready to start tackling outdoor projects. We took this tired looking deck and turned it into an outdoor oasis. 🌴 From the retaining walls to the large format pavers and perfect sized steps to walk down to the lake, this patio has it all! We also added a permanent gas line ran to the fire pit so they will never have to fill propane tanks again! Plus look at that maintenance free pergola. Used with military grade steal and put together tight as a button that thing isn’t going anywhere. And as an added bonus all four sides come down to provide the ultimate shade room or just pull down the side you need to block the sun and keep the view. This space was long overdue for an update—outdated fixtures, patchwork walls, and the floor definitely had seen better days. 😅

Fresh tile flooring, bright new vanity, modern matte black hardware, updated shower setup, and a full refresh from top to bottom. It felt like an entirely new bathroom!

There’s nothing better than taking a tired space and giving it new life. 🛁✨

A quick little island refresh just in time for the holidays. 🌲🎄We beefed this one up with some 1x6 and topped it off with a fresh coat of paint for that new look for Christmas dinner. In our house the island is the gathering place for every holiday. Where is your family’s gathering place during the holidays?

What a fun project!! The goal was to maximize space for their boys and give them both their own space. Lots of LED lights and little work/gaming area. This is a full over full size set up with an industrial ladder and recessed backlit 32” tvs each for there own viewing. Their response “This is 🔥”!!
